Weather Budget does not need to act like a spreadsheet. Its strongest idea is emotional legibility: a user can open the app, sense the day, and still find the concrete details when they need them.

The play button, timeline, playlist, and caption controls can squeeze, stretch, and trade space like a Keynote Magic Move.

Focus

Interface fades when the film asks for attention.

The experience is built around restraint: UI appears as a cinematic gesture, not as permanent decoration.

Library

A playlist should feel like a film strip.

Episodes, scenes, and saved moments can be browsed as luminous frames rather than a normal table of files.

Stars is for notes that do not belong in flat folders yet. Ideas can float, connect, drift apart, and return.

Quick notes enter as small points of light.

The first interaction should be almost weightless: add a thought, give it a tag, keep moving.

Related ideas form visible gravity.

Instead of forcing folder decisions early, the app can reveal clusters through repeated words, tags, and manual links.
